Total Fuel Systems Fi2000 & PowrPro 1 Year Warranty Policy
Our Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
During the 1 Year Warranty Period, Total Fuel System will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
We cannot guarantee or provide a warranty for motorcycles that are not manufactured for the U.S. market. Motorcycles produced for other countries may have different electrical connectors, voltage requirements, or other specifications that could affect their functionality. Please ensure that the motorcycle is compatible with local standards and laws before use.
This Limited Warranty covers shipping both ways in the USA and Canada only.
Total Fuel Systems will either repair or replace using new or refurbished parts at their discretion.
Replaced or Repaired warranty’s extends the warranty 1 more year.
This 1 Year Limited Warranty does not cover any issues caused by incorrect installation or pulling out wires with excessive force.
Extended Warranty: Additional 1 to 4 years, extending the total coverage to 2 to 5 years from the date of purchase.
Extended warranties are only valid for the purchaser and are not transferable.
If warranty is sent in and is discovered that it has been incorrectly installed or pulling out of wires with excessive force or a previous tuner has been installed with an ECU or wiring has been changed from stock. The customer will have to pay shipping both ways and a minimum of $35.00 fee or what the repair cost are incurred before shipping back to customer.
To activate this warranty, you must contact technical support and receive a return authorization number after proof of purchase has been established.

We are hopeful that our comprehensive Fi2000 warranty policy satisfies your expectations and provides you with peace of mind regarding our Fi2000 tuner’s quality and reliability.
Returns are on a case by case basis with a minimum charge of $75.00 restocking fee plus shipping charges after our inspection of the tuner returned to us.
Tuner exchanges are on a case by case basis depending on condition and part number of the tuner being exchanged.
Dealers or distributors that are not authorized to make dispositions binding upon Fi2000 will not be responsible for any labor charges incurred in removing or replacing any system under warranty. If you have any questions about whether a seller is authorized, please contact us.
We do not pay for labor in the removal or re-installation of the product.
We are not liable for any damage, loss, or injury resulting from improper installation or installation performed contrary to our instructions or improper changes of tuner settings.
Parts returned without a return authorization may be refused.
